Ingredients

frozen banana
(sliced before freezing)

pineapple
(fresh or frozen)

unsweetened almond milk
2-3
cups
tightly packed fresh spinach
Optional: 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or protein powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
