Add the peanut butter and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring well after each increment, until completely melted and smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar until no lumps remain.
Top on your favorite ice cream and allow to sit for a few seconds to harden. Serve and enjoy!

This recipe will yield 3/4 cup of magic shell, which is perfect for 4-6 people. You can easily double or halve this recipe as well.Store any leftover peanut butter magic shell in an airtight container at room temperature. If needed, microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir well before topping on ice cream.
