Grandma's Bread Pudding

This easy bread pudding recipe is a family favorite! It's made with a few simple ingredients and is delicious served with a big scoop of ice cream!

What you need:

challah bread eggs granulated sugar whole milk vanilla extract ground nutmeg ground cinnamon

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the cubed challah bread evenly in the dish

Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and spices in a large mixing bowl

Pour the mixture evenly over the bread in the prepared baking pan, coating all the pieces, and let it soak for 15 minutes

While the bread is absorbing some of the liquid, preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C)

Bake the bread pudding for 45-50 minutes until the center is puffed up & firm

Allow it to cool slightly before serving and enjoy with ice cream and caramel sauce!
