Holiday Stand Mixer Giveaway
**THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED**
Happy Monday, friends! Since Christmas is just a few weeks away, I wanted to do something a little different today!
I can’t tell you how much it means to much to me when you take the time to make a recipe from my site, email me, leave a comment, or take a picture of a recipe you’ve made and send it to me. Without you this blog wouldn’t be possible and I’m truly grateful for all of you!
So this week I’m giving away three KitchenAid stand mixers! This post isn’t sponsored, it’s just my way of saying THANK YOU!
Three lucky winners will receive a KitchenAid Artisan® Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and a signed copy of my new cookbook, Live Well Bake Cookies. Each winner can pick the stand mixer color of their choice up to a $350 US value (and that’s in stock on KitchenAid’s website).
Giveaway Rules
In order to be eligible to win the prize listed above, you must be a US or Canadian resident and 18 years or older. Only one entry per person. This giveaway will close Thursday, December 9th, 2021 at 11:59 pm CST. I will randomly select the winners and notify the winners via email on Friday, December 10th, 2021. Each winner will have 72 hours to respond with their shipping address or a new winner will be chosen.
How To Enter
To enter this giveaway all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me which recipe or baking how-to post you would like to see on the blog next year.
P.S. The mixers and cookbooks will be shipped out as quickly as possibly to the winners, but it’s possible they may not arrive before Christmas.
**THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED**

Hi Danelle,
I already love everything you do. Your recipes always turn out so perfect. I guess the only thing I would request is to have a post about how to alter a recipe to make it healthier, ie. adding in some other type of flours, switching in yogurt, buttermilk, and/or reducing some sugars without dooming the outcome. As a mother with a young teen, I am always trying to up the nutritional content if I can sneak it in!
Thank you for all your yummy baking. My family loves it.
Kind Regards,
Giselle
You have such great recipes! I would love to see some tips for pie crusts (I can never seem to get it just right, no matter how many times I call my grandma to ask how she does hers!) I also really want to give croissants another go, so if you have tips for those I would LOVE to see them.
I would love a step by step how to video on making macarons. I’ve tried several recipes and I just can’t get it right. Also, delicious flavor combinations for them.

Hi! My all time favorite recipe is the small batch chocolate chip cookies. This was my first baking recipe that made me feel confident. Since then I have made this recipe dozens of times and tried more recipes from the blog- all a smashing success!
I would love to try healthier recipes. I’m usually hesitant to try such things but if it’s on this blog I will most definitely give it a try 🙂

First, congratulations on all of your success! I am incredibly happy for you.
I personally am a huge fan of any cookies. I love cookies because it is something I can go and just grab one when I need a quick little snack. I would love to see variations from the same cookie dough base.
I am also looking for really good pie recipes. My favorite things about the holidays are pies because it brings back so many memories as a kid. Most of my family that would bake the pies are no longer with hs, so I would love to make one and think if them while I am baking and eating it.
To be honest I love just looking at the pictures. Everything looks so yummy it inspires me. I would love to bake gluten free yummies since my daughter has been diagnosed as coeliac and she always loved yummy things.
This is such a fun contest! I’d love a baking how to video for a rolled sheet cake!
My wife and I like to bake together and we struggle with cookie dough. When to bake immediately, or when to let the batter relax, or go in the fridge to chill for a while. Could you please write an article giving some direction on which type of cookie dough? Thank you.
I would love to see a recipe for Apple Fritters and maybe other flavors like blueberry, etc. 🙂 Thank you!

I love your recipes! I would love to see/learn how to bake cookies that don’t go flat. I tend to get flat cookies a lot even following directions so I’m clearly doing something wrong.
Thank you for recognizing your fans!
I’d like to see squaw bread in your blog.
And while I’m requesting possibilities, I’d appreciate a lavender Earl Grey shortbread cookie. Horchata, cinnamon hot chocolate or Mexican hot chocolate for beverages would be a thought as well.
Now I’m wanting a little treat before bedtime! ; ]
Hello, Danielle. I love your site! I would like to know how to make these Greek cookies that were made with orange zest and dusted with sugar. I also think it had a whole clove stuck into it as well. They were divine! I also lost a recipe that my grandfather used to make. It was a Polish sweet bread that was rolled. Kuchen / Kolache (rolled & filled sweet bread) I believe it was called. These loaves were so good to slice and toast them then butter. Wow!
I would love to see jelly filled Christmas cookies’ recipes!
Thank you. I would like to see Macarons how to. They are sooo persnickety.
