Holiday Stand Mixer Giveaway
**THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED**
Happy Monday, friends! Since Christmas is just a few weeks away, I wanted to do something a little different today!
I can’t tell you how much it means to much to me when you take the time to make a recipe from my site, email me, leave a comment, or take a picture of a recipe you’ve made and send it to me. Without you this blog wouldn’t be possible and I’m truly grateful for all of you!
So this week I’m giving away three KitchenAid stand mixers! This post isn’t sponsored, it’s just my way of saying THANK YOU!
Three lucky winners will receive a KitchenAid Artisan® Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer and a signed copy of my new cookbook, Live Well Bake Cookies. Each winner can pick the stand mixer color of their choice up to a $350 US value (and that’s in stock on KitchenAid’s website).
Giveaway Rules
In order to be eligible to win the prize listed above, you must be a US or Canadian resident and 18 years or older. Only one entry per person. This giveaway will close Thursday, December 9th, 2021 at 11:59 pm CST. I will randomly select the winners and notify the winners via email on Friday, December 10th, 2021. Each winner will have 72 hours to respond with their shipping address or a new winner will be chosen.
How To Enter
To enter this giveaway all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me which recipe or baking how-to post you would like to see on the blog next year.
P.S. The mixers and cookbooks will be shipped out as quickly as possibly to the winners, but it’s possible they may not arrive before Christmas.
**THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED**
The winners of the giveaway are Donna Olson, Kristen Ferguson, and Lisa Robson.

I would like to know how to use gluten free flour in recipes.

Thanks, love your site and all your recipes are really good.
I would like to know how to make/bake cornbread, using White Lily cornmeal mix. Even if I use their recipe on the bag, my cornbread has a hump in the middle, or if I make muffins, it will rise up and make a cone in the middle!! I don’t know what to do to not have that happen. Thanks for your help! You do a great job with your blog post and I enjoy it very much!!
Hi Danielle,
I have made your cream puff recipes and have filled them with many, many varieties of whipped cream fillings. I also have used your base scone recipe and came up with many varieties of scones. It’s perfect. Not cakey and not dry!! My next adventure is your “French Silk Pie” recipe. Can’t wait!!!
Thank you for sharing your awesome recipes and tips!!
Sweetest regards,
Kim

Hello, Danielle! I absolutely love your recipes. Your cookies in particular have been favorites with all my friends and family for years! I especially like reading recipes for things that have multiple uses, such as your recipes for different kinds of frostings and whipped creams. As for a new post, I would love to see a guide with different methods of melting chocolate. I know how to do it in the microwave, but I’m sure there are other ways that are a little more fancy.
Thank you for all the recipes and Happy Holidays from New Jersey!
Thank you for the opportunity to get a new mixer.
I am hopeful to see if you would have a recipe for a cherry/almond cake with cream cheese icing.
My grandma used to make this for me for my birthday and I have not been able to find a recipe for this anywhere.
My grandma always cooked from scratch and so do I. Love your posts and recipes and have your cookbook.
Thank you for considering me and keep up the good work : )

I would love to have a low sugar hot pepper jelly recipe. I don’t back as often as I would like but I always find inspiration from you on Pinterest.
I really like how clear your instructions for making your recipes. The creams puffs recipe was so easy to follow and they turned out perfect!
I would like to know more about using yeast in both breads & desserts. I also would like to know how to adjust bread recipes in order to use them in a bread maker. Using yeast mystifies me. Thanks so much.
Hi Danielle,
I’ve been enjoying your recipes for years and sharing them with family and friends who love to bake as well. Thank you for all the work you do. What brought me to your website and emails was your peanut butter recipes. I’m always looking forward to more of those. I wonder what you could create with PB and Malasadas-style doughnuts.
Have a peaceful evening,
D
When we first met hubby and I bought our “first” cooking item which was a KA hand mixer. It’s still chugging along 28 years later. Would love to have some really good banana bread, plain! using ounces or grams. I bake everything with a scale and most recipes read 3 bananas. What size? How many ounces? If I leave out the nuts or chocolate chips do I have to adjust anything?? But I’m sure drooling over that KA. What a beauty. And thanks for the give away.
I am a huge fan of chess pies. I would enjoy
a blog about their history, locale and a
recipe or two.
Thanks for the great work!
Gisele
I love lemon cake! I would love to see any lemon cakes you have!
Hi Danille, first off I want to tell you how much your blue inspires me, whenever I get a sweet urge all I do is head to your blog and run through all the recipes, I never have to worry about checking out reviews because time after time everything i E backed from your blog has turned out amazingly. I have a family tradition of baking my kids bday cakes now, and they love to Bragg about how mom would never Bake their cake from a boxed cake, lol. Thanks to you! Theyve enjoyed every single birthday cake, whilst making me look like a pro.
One thing I haven’t tried to make yet is a cheesecake. I’d love some tips on a full proof easy cheesecake recipe!
Thanks so much for all your hard work and dedication to this blog. We all appreciate it! Merry Christmas from Calgary, Canada! ? ??
