I would love to see ‘Kid Friendly” baking recipes. My brother’s grand-daughter (age 12) loves baking and for the past two years won 1st place in a cup cake baking contest in the ameture division – using her own recipes! She has such a passion for baking that I hope she considers culinary school when she graduates high school. Keep up the good work – I love your recipes.
Merry Christmas and thanks for all the recipes! I host a women’s Bible study twice a month and 2 of our members are gluten free so I’m always looking for recipes for delicious gluten free desserts. I’d appreciate your help!

I would like to see more basic baking skills tutorials for those of us who are new to baking. Ideas include rolling out dough evenly, working with yeasted doughs, using a mixer properly… Etc.

I love your blog and I always feel that I can trust that your recipes will come out the way you say they will. I can’t tell you how much searching that saves me. I would say to keep up the tutorials. I can always use refreshing on the basics and it helps for more complicated or less used skills, like a water bath!

I appreciate your techniques and especially all your helpful additional helpful information about making and baking each recipe. We have two granddaughters who have a dairy allergy and their sister has a nut allergy. I struggle making them “delicious” dessert or just sweet treats.

Merry Christmas!!!! I love your blog and would love to see more instructional videos. Thank you for all you do.
Happy Holidays to you and your family!
I would really love to see more visuals/ videos that show specifics relating to texture of batters and dough. I am a visual learner and I do best when I can see what the texture of a batter or dough should be…. maybe even compared to what we should avoid!
Hi Danielle, I have made so many of your recipes with great success! I really enjoy your videos as well. Keep up the good work 🙂
I love your blog and learn more than I thought I would. Love your variety of categories as well. I have a challenge for you. I love gingerbread and was wondering if you could create a soft chewy Gingerbread drop cookie for all of us who don’t have time to make the dough roll it out and cut it out then bake it. Working two jobs 6 days a week doesn’t leave much time to be creative. Hope you and your family have a Happy Holiday season and a Healthy, Happy New Year!
I would love to see a discussion on substitutes of ingredients for various recipes
Recipes using seasonal fruit, please!
I would love to a blog about preparing for a tea party. Include what foods to serve along with beverages.
I would like a creamy chicken soup recipe
I like your receipts.
